The Keystone XL pipeline is a Crime. A war crime.

I want to make this perfectly clear.
People should be SHOT over the XL pipeline. It is a pipeline owned by a Canadian company, that is forcefully buying land from AMERICAN citizens. And is Illegally buying Native American Land.

TransCanada is Already Illegally clearing the path for the pipeline, before it has been approved. It is a pipeline that will create less then 30 lasting American jobs. Will send TarSandOil The Dirtiest kind of oil in the world though the most important farmland in the United States, in a pipe that has already leaked dozens of time. To be refined in Texas and shipped to China. And has refused bill after bill to make the oil stay in America and or be built with American steel.

The State of Nebraska has already ruled the pipeline route though there state illegal.
I'm just going to state this clearly the Illegal seizure of land from United States Citizens by a Foreign Company Is a Invasion, plane and simple. You would not like it if a Turkish Company showed up and forced you off your land, out of your home.

I normally try to keep my cool and not say radical things. But I would consider the passage of the XL pipeline a act of war, it's that simply. Any states person who helped pass the bill traitor who conspired with a foreign nation to take American Land, and forcefully remove people from there land, those people are called Refuges.
And Simply put if you... dear reader still look at this and support the ideal of the pipeline. Your a Fascist and a traitor, you should be exiled from our fair county to the fascist nation of your choice. I would suggest North Korea or Iran, They seam to share the same values. And just remember the bill of rights... That pesky 2nd amendment? Native Americans in the effected areas have already said that they will consider this a act of war and react accordingly. That's allot of displaced farmers in the mid-west. RED County. Gun County. I would not want to be some one working the XL pipeline.

CDL drivers permit.

So I should be taking my CDL drivers permit on Friday.
Should be interesting, I did much better on the physical then I figured I would.
Had 30/30 Eyesight.
And every thing else was good.

So going on Friday.
It's 85 dollars in Kentucky. 25 for the test. 60 for the permit itself.
But what ya gonna do.

Working at the health care market place.

So I did have a job for about... three months.
It was in fact as a phone worker at the health care market place. You Know... the ACA. Affordable Care Act... Obama Care as people call it.

And you know what I found.

Out of the 2600+ people that I personally singed up.
About 1600 had never had insurance.
Every one I found that had to switch ether got better rates. Or better coverage.
And Not once... Did I have her person who could not afford health care, that was forced to get it. Not once.

I have plenty of people who did not get coverage because it would have costed more then 8% of there income. Thus they did not have to get it.
I also had allot of people who did not get health coverage because they where in stats that did not expand there medicaid.

What the hell republicans?

So apparently this thing about minors crossing the border is now a thing.

You know despite the President actually following a law singed into being by George W Bush.
Literally the President would be breaking the LAW is he did not house them.
And apparently some towns are refusing to let the government house them.

Now I don't really know why the Government doesn't just use.. you know... Federally owned buildings.. that way they could just tell the communities to shut the fuck up. National guard will basically shut most loud months up for the most part.

And the thing is, if he had not taken steps to house them. The Right would most like be bitching that he was breaking a law.

Over The Road Trucking, Because... Why not.

So after working overseas and losing my job. Effectively having to crawl back to the United States with my tail between my legs. I got a temporary job as a call center worker, working for the Health Care Market place. Ya, Workin helping people apply for insurance, Over all it was a pretty rewarding job, but it only lasted so long.

So I got laid off, and went to apply for a work force investment program to get a CDL.

And that's where I am at the moment, waiting to start CDL training in this coming august.
A CDL is really one of those things that you can always get work with, so at the very least it is a good fall back.

Nearing half a year without a job.

Nearing half a year of unemployment.

So after graduating I am now nearing half a year of unemployment, or rather not being able to find a job sense unemployment would have employed that I was employed before hand and would give me some benefits.

And soon get to the point that jobs will ask the dreaded question. "What wear you doing in this long time period without any work or school history." Which I never understood myself, isn't "Looking for work" A good enough answer?

And the amount of work involved in applying for a job now is a bit staggering, having applied to over a hundred jobs now, and most likely putting a good 60+ minuets into each application. On top of that all of the energy seams to be from one side.

Employers seam to treat job seekers with little to no real respect anymore.
More then once I have applied for a job, gotten a e-mail a few weeks latter telling me the position is no longer open, only to go to the web sight and see that the job opening is still up, Which pretty much tells you that they keep the job up and open to anyone that wants to apply, with no real intention of hiring anyone, basically wasting your time.

I remember when I was a child my mother or father would leave and not come back until they had a job that day. THAT DAY! That's not even possible anymore, the ideal of getting a job in less then a week is pretty much insane now.

And good luck getting a interview on a walk in anymore.

I understand the ideal of background checks and vetting, but I really am starting to think that the Human Resources structure of the business world is really what is wrong with the job market any more.

Last Semester. (Hopefully)

So I will be graduating this month from college!
